• Handcrafted by our craftsmen with great workmanship.
• Exactly the same as official ring in style and details.
  
• Most of rings weighs about 60 to 150 grams, 220 to 360 grams with a deluxe wood ring box, but the exact weight depends on the exact ring and exact specifics.
• Each ring or pendant is solid, not hollow absolutely.
• Compared to the official ring or pendant, our version will be a scaled‑down replica while maintaining the essential appearance and details. Some rings may have minor adjustments in the number of stones to achieve a more suitable weight and dimension for daily wear. The finished ring will only be shipped after customer approval.

• Each pendant will be done and shipped in 4-6 weeks(excluding official holidays) after your order and payment confirmed.
• Each fully customized ring will be done and shipped in 8-10 weeks(excluding official holidays) after your order and payment confirmed.
• Shipped via DHL/FedEx/USPS and a tracking number will be sent to you after shipment made.
• Delivery takes about 2-3 days via FedEx/DHL, the exact delivery date depends on the exact destination and the exact local delivery policy.

• As the silver price and gold price fluctuates frequently, the resulting price difference will be reflected in the invoice.

Any such fees incurred in the shipping process are solely the customer’s responsibility and must be settled directly with local customs authorities during the delivery process.

About Warranty：

• Each ring will be shipped only after customer approval of its flawless condition.
• Within 7 days of delivery: Free repair for any damage or missing parts found immediately upon receipt. We also cover round-trip shipping.
• After 7 days of delivery: Free repair is still provided, but round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer.
